These Terms ( the Terms ) regulate your use of the arkonexchange website, apps and services the "Services") run by arkonexchange. Account creation implies full agreement the Terms entire.
1. Eligibility. Applicants must be of legal age and contractually capable to sign binding agreements. Where we are unlicensed or excluded, locals may not join. Account accuracy and credential privacy are your duty.
2. What we provide. arkonexchange runs an electronic trading platform for the markets described on this site. We do not give investment advice; every trading choice are yours. Shown quotes and data serves information only and can lag or delay at moments.
3. Risk notice. Trading involves substantial loss risk and suits only those who can hold through it. Margin products may take drawdowns past your posted margin. Only trade capital whose loss you you can absorb.
4. Costs. Charges, spreads and carry rates are shown on our Fees page and constitute part of this agreement. Pricing may shift once fairly notified.
5. Prohibited uses. Cornering and manipulation, exploiting flaws, infringement and unlawful use are banned outright. Money laundering and breaches are covered under this clause too.
6. Liability limits. Where law permits extent of law, arkonexchange excludes indirect, incidental and consequential losses connected to your use of Services.
7. Changes. These Terms might be updated over time. Post-change use once changes apply means consent. The applicable law is the registering jurisdiction of the operating entity.
