Data collected. Identity and contact data and comparable identifiers plus KYC documents mandated by law. Also collected: execution and account history, device data and helpdesk threads. For EU/UK users: contract performance, legal duty, and legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Managing your account, settling trades, satisfying regulators, countering fraud, platform security, and opt-in product emails with an instant opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to operational providers (custody, payments, KYC), authorities on valid demand, and anonymized metrics. Personal data is never sold.
Retention & security. Retention lasts through account lifetime and legal windows (commonly five to seven years for transaction records). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-checked access governance.
